Possible Tech Spidey Bug

When playing this champ, i noticed when the champ evades an attack he is left standing there, even with block held he will not block the next attack. It also will not allow you to swipe back for an evade.

So when a basic attack gets evaded you get wrecked by the next incoming attack. If i need to take a video i can.

Also AI is booting from a basic attack on non cosmic champs. Shouldnt it be a heavy attack?

You probably have to rebuild block since the previous block was interrupted

No its got to be a bug, heavy attacks and cosmic attacks can reboot the AI. In story and monthly event they do it off of basics as well.
