Aggression armor war glitch?

Ummm, I’m fighting IMIW, on aggression armor, the armor stacks are adding to his passive ability armor up. I can’t land a hit, this can’t be working right can it? If so what counter would I use, I thought the passive armor would work as a separate armor buff.

    Yeah I just found out tier 1-3 had this. Was a big surprise for me today, another player had to take him out with corvus. Kinda lame only a handful can handle this node.
