Champs entering basic crystals

Anyone know when Cap Marvel Movie will enter the 5* and 6* basic crystals? Is there anywhere on the forums where this info is kept? Or maybe a champ release list? Then I could figure out when a champ will be in the basic pools. Any help would be greatly appreciate. Thank you!
