Backdraft Off Defender Block

Is Kabam not going to address the major game play change that Kabam did over the past couple/three months where backdraft intercepting off a defender's block is no longer possible?
Backdraft off block isn't an OP thing. It took precise timing. Also, while it allowed me to use my Magik for old aw node 29, I still had to big boy boost to do it within 3 minutes given her smaller damage output. So I had to play perfectly for 3 full minutes against a 5/65 KM. How is that a problem?
I get that Kabam is clearly moving towards complete RNG-based gameplay as opposed to any skill-based ability to one shot Kabam's favorite nodes. Obviously Kabam wants it to work and allow a one shot 50-75% of the time with perfect game play, rather than making certain nodes possible to one shot reliably with perfect game play. In my humble opinion even that is ridiculous, because that rewards spending thousands of dollars, since then each matchup is only really possible with the widest selection of 5/65 champs, yet still RNG-dependent.
But such a change deserves at least an acknowledgement from Kabam and a nod to the direction they're moving. See also pay-to-play.
