Ultron bots

I notice they randomly evade mid combo am i doing something wrong that causes this to activate? is there a way to stop this? And how can they say this new changes wasnt supposed to be any harder between this and hyperion mini bs?

Thanks that explains it i do the tech path. And its mainly all tech and science so i probably never fought another to tell the difference lol
