Bug with vision power burn ( og or aou)

I've noticed that there's a bug with vision after this new update, his power burn doesn't give any damage, the power burn is still there but doesn't give damage at all. Is it intentional?

I haven't noticed this at all. Seems to work fine for me in arena. The only thing I could think of is if you are facing a champ that reduces your ability accuracy

It's a general bug regarding all power burn champs......

Just lost Rogue in aw by charging opponents special 3 with my special 2..
