As of now mine is undupped, and I have undupped 6* torch too. So comparing both

How is it weak? He can get a 600% damage boost if played correctly (which is not that difficult to do). He also has a pretty decent regeneration on his specials which can be pretty helpful.

He is pretty good unduped but that duped ability is deadly

You could activate another power bars by doing Heavy after inflicting a few sp2 during stun duration... sp2 - stun from sp2 - heavy attack at the cost of 15x outburst buff - repeat.

That Fury he gets after an SP3 is astonishingly powerful - especially with the enervate effect on Specials
