Could a highly ranked NEBULA be a possible 6.2 Sinister counter with Heimdall/Angela synergy? Build up to 20 shock charges, parry SP2 - repeat... thoughts? I don’t have Angela/Hela as a 5/6-star or else I would try myself.

    EMP is passive, not a debuff, so she won’t shrug them. But as long as you don’t keep triggering dex, it could work.
