Something wrong with Mephisto's synergy scaling with Omega Red and The Champiom

I am just collecting data from this but i noticed that with the Champions synergy with mephisto which increases his damage by 15% per charge. With omega red it increases Mephisto's aura of incineration by 15%. It does not increase when you start a match with mephisto in a quest and he has an instant 3 charges meaning his aura should increase by 45% with the champiom synergy then another 15% with omegas synergy.
