ISO-8 Earned During Quest Isn't Given to User After Completion

If I earn any ISO-8 during a quest, I don't receive it after I complete the Quest. This is happening in both Normal and Heroic quests.

I'd have to check, but the screen that says the quest is complete says "No Resource Rewards".
