Thing synergy doesn’t work

I used Thing in Ultron assault 3.3 with synergy of The champion heimdall hela and angela, there should be indestructible from synergies of the champion and heimdall, and instant regeneration of 20% from synergy of hela and angela but none of these synergy activated, is it a bug or its designed to be so?

    There's a path with pilfer in 3.3, so it's possible your buffs were "eaten" by that node.

    The synergy says 20% chance for each dead member in order to make it work 100% 4 champs should be knocked
