Who should I use my skill R3-R4 gem on?

Who performed better? they’re both at r2 and both did 100 hits. I handicap WS by giving him the 3* KILLMONGER synergy.And boosted Hawkeye with the Darkhawk synergy for increase damage on all of his bleed effects by 40%.

You should save it for somebody better unless either you really like Bucky and Hawkeye. If you don’t want to save it, Hawkeye is better if you don’t have a 4 or 5* Killmonger.

Is it a 2015 gem or a regular 3 to 4 gem? If it's regular, I'd save it for a better champ.
