Let me know is it necessary to mail from the same email address that belongs to account from which you are playing if you want to change e mail. I need to secure my account.

the answer is you generally should initiate the request from the game, if you do so then it should do everything for you.

What Anyone can submit a ticket from any email and can change login kabam e mail id. Or it is necessary to submit a ticket from the same mail address. I'm asking this cos I lost my wallet and it contains my info.

I'm sorry to hear about your wallet. You definitely want to report stolen things like that to the police. In regards to your accounts safety. They shouldn't have access to your email or password unless it was being held within your wallet. If you wish to change either Support can help you, however, you need to contact them via the gear icon in the upper left corner of the main screen within the game. From there, scroll to select 'Support'.

I raised a ticket on support. But It didn't ensure me that It can be changed or not. No one can access my email except me. means my account is safe ?? Just ensure me @Kabam Vydious

Correct. If you are the only one who has access to your email, your account should be fine.
