Marvel Insider Help

I cant redeem points from beating normal difficulty or master etc on the marvel insider page. Every time you do completition you get that message in game telling you to redeem your points but I just cant find that option in the website I can only see the option to waste your points on in game bundles, help me

    @Vegetto - let me 1st ask this, are you looking at Insider on a desktop/laptop or a moblie device? If you're using your mobile device, I'd advise using a desktop or laptop instead. Had the same problem and figured out the site works better on a laptop (in my case) browser vs my mobile device.

    That could be it as well. I've had issues with redeeming Prizes that were resolved by tilting the screen vertically.
