Is 100% Act 5.3 worth the rewards?

I'm about halfway through 100% exploration of 5.3, but now think the rewards aren't as worth it as I thought.

Even if they aren't the best, it'll help go towards the Act 5 completion rewards

Absolutely worth it. Act 5 exploration is tedious, but not over bearing.
