Who should I use for my generic 2* signature stone (+1)?

I currently have a lot of generic 2* signature stones due to the Fantastic Four Use event. Who should I use them on?
Vision (Age of Ultron)
Hawkeye
Cyclops (New Xavier School)
Magik
Ultron
Yellowjacket
Rocket Raccoon
Hulkbuster
Starlord
Guillotine
Spider-Man
Rhino
Black Widow
Hulk
Scarlet Witch

Also, how do I make a poll? Can't find how to do so.

    To make a Poll, click on the Pencil, and select New Poll.
    As for your Sigs, I would suggest choosing whoever benefits from it the most. SW and SL are a couple that come to mind. When all else fails, choose who you like the most. :)
