alliances quest energy 30 second recharge!?

Just logged into alliance quest to move and the quest energy had a 30 second recharge made it from start of the quest all the way to the boss!? Anyone else get this

Yes it cut off the recharge but if u count how many spaces I've moved and the how long is left in the alli quest I couldn't have moved that many spaces I do have a video that it wont let me show but u can message me on line for it tylz101MCOC

Do you have a screenshot of the 30 second timer? I dont know what aq map that is or which direction you're heading.
