Should Juggernaut be buffed?

First of all, I want to make it apparent to kabam that this isnt a buff idea, it's to get the community's opinion on whether it's a good idea, so please dont shut this down and tell me to put any ideas in the mega thread. Now Juggernaut is one of the most powerful marvel villians and in my opinion, should be treated as such. So do you think Juggernaut should be buffed.

Well, yes but not much, he still isnt very effective in the grand scheme of things.

He is probably the most buffed character in the champion. Last 2 yesrs he was changed 4 or 5 times
