Why doesn’t the defenders throw their sp2 i bait for like 15 seconds and nothing and end up hitting them and a soon as third power bar fill they immediately throw sp3

Why doesn’t the defenders throw their sp2 i bait for like 15 seconds and nothing and end up hitting them and a soon as third power bar fill they immediately throw sp3

baiting is a matter of rng, but once sp3 becomes available the rng narrows. I have times when they still would not throw the SP3, it saved me in variant 1 3.3 once too with hyperion.
