Semi-retired alliance looking for experienced players for map5x5

Heey you all amazing people,
We, the Retired Agents of SHIELD Alliance, RAoS for short, need your help!
We are looking for a couple of seasoned players with a down to earth kind of attitude regarding the game and life balance.
Our alliance has an active focus on AQ map 5 and we currently have 2BGs playing 5x5, but we wish to get to 3BGs of 5x5.
For AW at the moment we play just 1 BG and just for the fun of it, and hopefully we can get to 2BGs in the near future.
As AW ranking we dance between gold 2 and 3, but i’m sure we can get gold1 with your help
So as you may already tell , we want to maintain a reasonable high level of gameplay with the minimal amount of effort and time put in the game.
