14.1 bugs report, block, swipe & heavy wont register

Hi mod, please look into it, 14.1 bugs, having issue with EQ time attack yesterday (already 100% heroic & master) & today when grinding arena, AW & AQ, swipe, heavy attack not register, some time when i try to swipe or heavy it just wont move or register as light attack. Checked with my alliance mate they having the same issue as well

Add on* I did restart my device & still the same issue

Device used ipad pro 10.5 firmware ios 10.3.2
