Dr. Voodoo sp2, Enemy MD Issue - Instant sp3

When will the bug with Dr. Voodoo using a sp2 be fixed that causes an instant sp3 when an enemy in AW has MD? It's extremely frustrating having a perfect fight, just to forget about that bug and get immediately KO'd.
