I go to use a light attack and it charges a heavy and i cant hit at all

in Bugs and Known Issues
I noticed this bug at the start of the month and i have a video of it with cap iw but what happens is i go to do a medium 3 lights and a medium the basic 5-hit combo and i do the medium and try to hit with a light and it stops me and charges a heavy and wont release it all it does is sit there until im hit all i can use when this happens are mediums and specials can someone fix this please?
