Dialogue bugged in EQ?

I am one of the few summoners that likes to read the story every month. But since today i cant cause the dialogue isnt appearing. It keeps being stuck (see pic) all i can do is skip it. Anyone else experienced this? Reinstalled game, same results.

    Yeah, since the update for me. But it didn't matter, I usually read it the first week on my initial run through.
