Possible dialogue bug?

I’m one of the players in the game that actually read the dialogue, and while playing the new eq on the last quest there was possibly an issue with the dialogue where it wouldn’t continue. I had to press skip to get out of it. Not sure if this is a bug or if I’m just supposed to wait 5 minutes for it to let me continue. Not game breaking or anything, just kind of annoying.Would love to hear feedback.
