Problem with Spider Symbionte

Uncollectable event, chapter 2 the first boss Spider Symbionte some players lost health in few seconds without takes hits. I’ve tried with Red Hulk, Voodoo and Masacre, he killed me in few seconds, I lost 15 k health every time I try to go forward. Differently with Blade it runs properly without problems

It has nothing to do with node description, playing strategy or using of Specials; I stay away from him, he don't hit me, not even through the block; I lost energy in few second, with Red Hulk I've noted that I lose 15K health every time I go back or forward.
Same of above with Voodoo and Masacre, then I did it easily with Blade twice, the vampire is not affected by this bug.

This using Ipad - IOS, I haven't tried with Android
