Yeah this happens in the game all the time, and clicking on the boss node (or mini-boss node, I think) hides the character cards for the rest of the map, so you can then click the previously obscured node.

The problem is we shouldn't have to do this to advance in the quest it is poorly designed and it is poor that this happens every month or two with loads of posts on forum yet kabam keep designing quests where the nodes are covered

Agree. Fix the map before release where you don’t have to have work arounds.
