Namor reflecting reversed healing - bug?

I fought Namor on a buffet node with Void. Now after having inflicted fear of the Void and petrify debuffs I evaded his dashing attack and triggered dexterity mastery (precision buff). Usually this would lead to reversed healing. Instead, Namor reflected that damage on to Void as I assume kind of his signature ability to not take damage when attacking and throwing that damage back at the attacker.
I understand this was meant for attackers inflicting damage like Thorns or Electros damage upon hits received, yet not related to node inflicted damage like reversed healing? Can you please clarify? Is this intended or a bug?

I know. I still would like to clarify if this is intended to work like this or if it is a side effect as the ability was more designed to avoid champs with deflecting damage on hit.

It's attacking, not on hit and reflects from allsources, so anything that would take hp away during his attacking period is reflected to the opponent when he finishes. They were pretty specific in the text for his ability. He doesn't have to make contact.
