Would it be a good idea to use Mysterio's sp1 on a blocking oppenent?

If let's say you fight an enemy and use your sp1 while the oppenet blocks, they return the favor by hitting you with a special or 5 combo. You regain all the health and they take it all. So if the opponent has a high hiting attack ready and you are not close to death you could just let them destroy themselfes.
