Atlantean rift shrads

My epic rift shrads are 6000 and my masters rift shrads are 9000 and i am not able to get their rewards. Can some one help me out with this. Coz kabam is no show in this.

    Lower your expectations, expect very little from the game and you will always be pleasantly surprised!
    Best case scenario they let you trade them in for units, most likely battle chips. The coral is like the Pym particles
