Phantasmorgia chapter 2 ‘Double Vision’ portal not working?

Hi. I’m wondering if someone could help me. In the Phantasmorgia chapter 2 on the second level, I am trying to explore the whole map but there are 3 portals you need to go through. A & B work fine but it won’t let me select portal C? Can anyone tell me why? It’s just giving me the option of A & B. This is in beginner difficulty by the way. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
