You can’t by pass it with a debuff,
It says it right there
Can’t take the pictures of CAPIW as evidence since they are at different times and actions

CAIW could bypass the unstopped cause it aint a debuff

Cap IW ability only works to nullify unstoppable buffs. Thisone is passive, it should not work.
Slow debuffs against him won't work either. The node removes the debuff , allowing him to trigger the unstoppable

That is the same unstoppable you have on rhino's dash or on labyrinth enrage.Is passive, not a buff. You can't nullify something that isn't a buff
