    I'm asking because I just got a Green Goblin today and wondering if I should try to awaken him

    Yes
    If you have no other Techs then he is worth-while, but there are better options. If you playing the prestige game, then hell yes, but drop a couple sig stones on him as well.

    Adding to that, he needs to be awakened to perform at his best.
