Awakening gem used by accident

After contacting kabam help I've realised that they are only interested in snatching our money when in arena the other day when I clicked on my cosmic 4* boost I didn't notice I actually touched on my awakening gem accidentally I believe these items should only be able to activate from yur inventory and there should be a 2 step process as I believe I bought it from 1 off the offers for around £29.99 . And the only answers I got from there support is unlucky that's yur problem

    That's tough. Every champ has some qualities, however bad. Try to use that champ.

    You will soon be able to get another awakening gem, like the rest of the players.
