Red permission slip ain't appears in store

Officially I am level 25 can play heroic and master but couldn't play Spiderman far from home event cus red permission slip is not showing in store, please help me out

Maybe it's progression? Like you have to complete act 3 or something. My alliance mate is missing the blue one(epic),probably because he's not uncollected

yeah you unlock each permission slip with progression titles alongside the summoner level restriction.
So the OP would have to complete Act 3 to access the T3 slips.
