Heimdall/Thor Rag synergy bug

I’m doing variant 2 and brought in the synergy team. Tried to use it and it is currently only healing 10% instead of 15%. Haven’t tried in other content. GIF attached.

I think it’s 15 percent of missing health haven’t used it before

Oh yea I see. Yea this is my first time using it but I guess that does make sense.
