Stealth Suit Spider-Man evading Human Torch?

I was under the impression that Human Torch's attacks couldn't miss while his temperature was 10 or above, yet Stealth Spider-Man boss just evaded an attack which would have applied a Nova debuff. Bug or is there something I'm missing?

    I’m pretty sure miss and evade are two different things

    Miss and evade are 2x different abilities. Champions with miss ability are Ghost, hood, darkhawk, invisible woman, for example

    I see, so the semantics of the phrasing.

    The attack/debuff was evaded, but an evasion isn't a miss.
