Query about the new Stealth Suit spiderman

So bit of a random one but should he not be an Avenger since in Infinity war Tony officially "knighted" him as one?

I did initially think that perhaps because it happened in space and strange was the only witness it maybe it was not Canon but although I have not seen the new spiderman movie it does seem to include him as an official avenger in it.
