The movies aren’t the only source The comics are too Wasp is a founding member
You have to understand the source. The Wasp in MCOC is based on the MCU Wasp similar to Ghost. They were released alongside the movie, so it’s the movie version. She was not a member of the Avengers, so the answer is no. Same with Sparky. Sparky was based on the movie Homecoming. There were at least two scenes where they specifically said he’s not an Avenger. Once in the limo Peter asked if he’s an Avenger now and Tony Stark said no. Then at the end of the movie Tony was going to initiate him in as an Avenger but Peter said no. He’s not an Avenger in Homecoming which is why he’s not tagged as one in the game, because that’s who the champ in game is based off. War Machine though should definitely be an Avenger. Not sure why they decided not to tag him as one.
Spider-Man has been an Avenger for decades in the comic books, and he's called an Avenger in Endgame and Far From Home. Wasp has been an Avenger since the comic came out in the early '60s. War machine has been an Avenger in the comics since the '80s and considered an avenger since Age of Ultron on the films.
