Epic permission slips

Can anyone tell me why I can’t buy Epic permission slips in the store? It’s not even on the screen at all. I can’t find anything explaining it at all. I have always played the epic levels in the past

You need to be uncollected to buy them, they said that in the original post,

If you are uncollected it’s a bug and put in a ticket
