WS stuns

Recently been practicing against RoL WS and noticed that WS can stun. Has he always had that and I just had bad luck with my WS or was that added with his buff awhile ago?

    All ROL champs have a chance to stun you with regular hits

    It's not WS ability it's just for the ROL

    Oh ok that makes sense but also really annoying.
