3* stealth spidey synergies

Will the 3* have access to the synergy with IMIW?
I have a 5/65 IMIW and will probably consider doing LOL with him first clear as part of my team.

That sounds like a bad time. You can already keep up the debuffs permanently, the synergy just makes it easier by prolonging the debuffs, not faster.
