    I wish they were more available becuz I have so many sh!tty champs ranked up that I would like to rank down

    They’re still on the list because some people apparently still have them from the last time they were given out. But Kabam has confirmed that they have no plans to release them again in the future.

    But l guess with upcomimg new buffs to older champions, ranking down will not be required in future.
