You have to be conquerer title

Conqueror Level Title required for Master Level trip.. (that's probably Act-4 Maestro)

No, don't have to complete Master level on normal monthly quest to access ticket to Master Level Field Trip.

Just complete the appropriate permanent quest which gives Conqueror Title (which is probably Act-4 Maestro).
