Why I cannot buy tickets for Master lvl on the same time I can play EQ master Monthly??

    No, don't have to complete Master level on normal monthly quest to access ticket to Master Level Field Trip.

    Just complete the appropriate permanent quest which gives Conqueror Title (which is probably Act-4 Maestro).
