Specials broken

Not sure if this has been mentioned.
I went through some of the forum and didn’t see anything.
Specials are broken simple as that.
So many champs are hitting on the first hit then missing the second (happens all the time with Corvus) or if hitting a sp1 from a 5 hit combo antman misses first hit every time, hits if the AI is in the corner but it appears very lucky to hit.
Am I the only one having this issue?
