What progression should I focus on?

You dont need to focus on RoL but if you beat act 5 then you can probably handle it in one shot so might as well get that out of the way as well

100% Act 4. 100% UC monthly every month. Then 100% act 5. Then you will be ready for act 6

You've clearly got the skill and roster to do ROL and complete chapter four easily. 100%ing Event Quest (I assume you mean UC) depends if this requires excessive use of resources or not.

I'd say:

ROL as it's just one run
Complete all EQ each month
100% Master EQ each month, plus UC if desired.
Then 100% explore Act 4 with leftover energy/time
Any time you have a build-up of Revives or healing potions, interrupt your Act 4 exploration, and put them towards Exploring Act 5 OR Road to the Labyrinth

However all that depends on your personal preference, how much time you have, etc

Event quests first as they aren’t permanent (I’d suggest uc and master only) then work on act 5
