Probably Domino. Altering probability fields is pretty op. Taskmaster might have a slim chance though. If the other three took Dom our first, Taskmaster would win.

Punisher and Moon Knight wouldn't stand a chance, so it comes down to Domino and Taskmaster, but Tasky can't counter luck. There's nothing he could possibly do.

He's easily taken on many superpowered opponents including Spiderman, Daredevil, Wolverine, Captain America; and more villains than you can shake a fighting stick at.

Ultimately, the answer is: the person who wins is whoever's name is on the front of the comic.

Her ability if I recall correctly works in such a way that if she reacts to danger, she'll be lucky enough to escape it(it's always active). If she does nothing, then she's in a bit of trouble.
Taskmaster copies moves and is skilled but he can't do anything against luck. Same for punisher and mk

Frank Castle actually has more blood in his body than the other 3 combined so if nothing else the other 3 will just drown as he’s eventually taken apart.

That's actually a tough question... Imo punisher is out of the equation here.

When it comes to physical strength, agility, speed and overall fighting abilities, he should be at least a bit behind moon knight and taskmaster, if not a whole lot behind.

Someone already said it, moon knight is essentially schizophrenic batman, be it not as fleshed out. He doesn't have as many ridiculous feats as batman, but he could also be classified as a "prep-master" to some extend.
He won't have anti-luck-spray on his utility belt, though.

Taskmaster is definitely the best of the 4 when it comes to strategic thinking and close combat abilities.
He doesn't even really have to think to break down your combat style and copy it.
Once he had a little fight with slapstick and actually copied slapsticks movements. He did hurt himself badly in the process, but just being able to bend your back backwards about 90 degrees completely intuitively is quite impressive lol.

Domino is... Complicated. It was also already mentioned that her luck should rather be defined as reality altering powers. She doesn't control those power, though. And I don't think the scale of this reality altering isn't quite certain yet.
This really depends on her sorroundings. Her abilities can't just make things happen out of nowhere.

If they're fighting in practically an empty void: taskmaster or domino

Actually it can. mood night goes to hit her and loses his footing, or the aerodynamics of the blades he throws causes them to hut each other missing her. You do not need massive things int he areas for the reality field to change things slightly enough to not affect her.

I'd say it was between Taskmaster or Domino, depending on what version of Taskmaster. Taskmaster seems to sometimes have limitations to his powers, but other times, he can even glean the thoughts of those he replicates. Deadpool is a perfect example of this. Sometimes, Taskmaster cannot replicate his move set because it is so random, but on other occasions, Taskmaster has been shown to be adept at Deadpools style of combat. Apparently, Taskmaster can also sometimes gain super speed by watching somebody run fast. So can he replicate Domino's luck power? Absolutely no idea. but Why I say Taskmaster would win is because Domino has an Achillies heel. She has a deathly fear of chickens.

Her luck poses are ridiculous. She shot at somebody off-panel and it hit them right in the head, the bullet bounced off of a few walls to hit another target, then went through a wall and caused a large portion of the building to collapse (no link).

I think that overall in a normal situation/fight Taskmaster would definitely come out on top. If there were special circumstances like Khonsu’s will or if the moon is just right, or Domino had enough environmental factors for her luck to affect, then the edge might go to them. But I would say straight up fight would go to Taskmaster because he would eventually learn their moves and defeat them.
