Which 5* to rank 4?

Everything I read says Medusa, what’s holding me back is that I have a 6* Corvus. Also, to maximize medusa don’t you need synergies with BB and Karnak? I have both, but they aren’t ranked at all...I see most people rank Medusa higher but damn, PM damage output is ridiculous
