Everything else gets refreshed why these tier 1 alfa don't?

Okay thanks for the info but is the limit is just 5 then for these?

....you know these refresh per AQ period, not daily, right? Only the potions and class catalysts reset daily.

It has not refreshed since last month or so and i can only buy 5 at max as it is showing 5 already bought
