Description of the Issue: Electro was placed on Aegis node in AW tier 5. Meaning 4 Indestructible charges. Cause of the indestructible charges the first 4 hits are dealing no damage.
Electro his passive states: Opponents that make contact with you receive a Static Shock for 38% of the damage they inflicted as Energy Damage.
The key word here is “they inflicted”. Electro still reflects the damage even when taking 0 damage.
